“Booking was quick and easy – Ian sent over all the relevant details and offered to give advice of anything a holidaymaker might need. The directions and access to the villa sent over were very easy and straight forward to follow.

The Villa is home from home, everyone had their own space but still able to have family time. The children loved the pool, on our rest days this was used most of the day.

The location of the villa was about 15-20 mins away from the parks which was perfect, away from all the crowds and noise.

Shops for groceries where not far away and restaurants where down the road if you needed a quick bite.

Overall Ian and Mandy’s Villa was enjoyable to stay in. Thank you”

“Ian’s villa is a lovely home from home; it’s kept clean and very tidy. It has all of the facilities needed, including utensils for home cooking as well as china & plastic crockery. The beds were very comfy; there were plenty of towels provided too. The pool area is well maintained and fenced for safety; it backs onto the natural wildlife which was very important to us.

The location is ideal, as we did not want to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of International drive, however it was close enough to drive to for food etc! We highly recommend this villa as a base for your Orlando stay.”

“Ian and Adam’s communication was perfect from the beginning. We had a wonderful time in Orlando! The house is beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. When we come back to Orlando we will definitely book with Ian again.

The space was absolutely what was promised. The beds were super comfy and clean. The pool and game room were the cherry on top for us. It was so nice to have your own pool after a long day in the sun. Walmart and Publix are a 5-10 minute drive from Ian’s place in case you need anything. Universal Studios is a 45 minute drive from Ian’s place. Disney is a quick 15 minute drive from his home. I recommend this place to anyone visiting the Orlando area. Plus, it’s in a convenient and safe location!”
