Had the most wonderful Disney experience made more magical having a fabulous “home from home” villa with a spectacular pool which the kids really appreciate after a tiring but fantastic day at the parks. The sunsets in the evening were so beautiful, sitting with a glass of wine or two 😊 the games room was also a real hit. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen facilities had everything we need. We will miss the glorious weather too.

First and foremost, the location of the villa was absolutely fantastic. Nestled in a quiet and secure gated community setting, it offered the perfect blend of stunning natural surroundings and convenient access to nearby attractions such as Disney, Universal and many other theme parks.
The villa itself had an abundance of space, providing me and the family with ample room to unwind and enjoy our holiday. The rooms were incredibly spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home!
One feature that stood out to me was the air conditioning throughout the villa. This was a true blessing, as it allowed us to escape the scorching summer heat and retreat into cool and refreshing comfort.
The villa had a stunning pool with a great view of the sunsets on the surrounding landscape. The pool area was well-maintained and provided the perfect spot for lounging, soaking up the sun, or indulging in a poolside drink!
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this holiday villa to anyone seeking a truly exceptional vacation experience. The great location, spacious rooms, efficient air conditioning, and breathtaking pool with incredible views make it a standout choice. Whether traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, this villa offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Superb place to stay! We’ll be here again for sure. Super clean, quiet, amazing pool and sun loungers, massive rooms, and the Aircon in the heat was amazing! Wish we had longer but hit the theme parks hard as well as visited NASA (only a short drive away). 10/10!

The beach at Honeymoon Island State Park was our favourite place to visit, also a day at Universal Studios, a day of relaxing at the pool here at the house. Hope to return to Clermont in the future 😊

Plain and simple- if you are reading this, you should be booking this house ALREADY!!! The communication with Ian was great! All the details you would want/need to know, he has your answers. Checking in and out was seamless, and entering the development was very straightforward. The house was super clean, everything nothing they were sanitized before our arrival, and with much stocked as well. The pool was awesome and we enjoyed the inflatables already there. The only thing is that the garage where the game room is a tad bit hot, but there is a fan for your usage. Nearby are so many places to eat/do grocery, and you’re only 20 mins away from Disney Springs, you’d love the peace and quiet this house gives when you’re away from all the hustle and bustle of I-4. I also definitely recommend going to the Citrus Tower and checking out the Showcase of Citrus- both attractions nearby. Thank you again Ian, from the bottom of my family’s heart! |
One word, 3 syllables = A-MAZ-ING!!! From the initial booking to the end of the stay, it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Ian. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for him.
The property itself is gorgeous. I have no clue where to start!! The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived, clean and fresh towels were laid out on all the beds. All 4 bedrooms are generous, with great storage and a tv each for chilling after a day at the parks. The 2 vast master bedrooms have their own ensuite and the 2 twins have a bathroom between them. The kitchen has all the mod cons you may want, I genuinely miss their fridge with ice and water, it was a godsend. There is a huge garage that they have decked out as a games room, which we utilised when we weren’t lounging in the swimming pool area (again spotlessly clean). The living room has two great and extremely comfortable sofas, just what you need when you’ve walked a million miles around the parks!!
The location is great, its about half hour to all the Disney parks and about 45 minutes to all the universal parks. There are loads of different supermarkets and restaurants around the area too. The sunsets in the evening are just breath-taking.
Whilst we were there, we had the pleasure of hurricane Nicole. Ian was so helpful and supportive throughout. To be honest in the end, we have seen bigger storms in the UK, but knowing Ian was there constantly if we needed him was such a weight off our minds.
In short, would I recommend Ian and Sunset Dreams Villa. In a heartbeat!! We are already trying to work out when we can come back.

On arrival after a long flight it was such a pleasure to walk into a clean and very well presented home. Even at this point we didn’t realise how wonderful it was. Over the next few days acclimatising we really discovered how Ian and Mandy had really thought of everything. A home away from home which keeps on giving.
The pool area was just perfect with views out towards the woodlands we enjoyed relaxing in the pool looking at all the local birds. The children really enjoyed the pool toys and Mickey theme which continued throughout the house.
We made use of all the modern utilities cooking meals and enjoying the dinning area made us feel like we could really relax. Oh, and how could we not mention the games room, of an evening we enjoyed playing pool and darts.
The general area was beautiful and secure, allowing us to take a break from the busy Disney parks but close enough we nipped back for an afternoon after an easy morning.

Our time at Sunset Dreams Villa was incredible!!
Sunset Dreams Villa is an ample space for a family. The living space is beautiful and gives the opportunity to spend time together as the open spaces are set up perfectly.
The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and the en-suite facilities are extremely convenient and practical. The games room meets the needs of all the family. The swimming pool is clean and has the most wonderful views. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets everyday. It’s convenient location is a great advantage. Our entire family enjoyed this amazing experience. Thank you so much!

If you’re looking for a place to stay near Disney and other Orlando attractions, this is it! We were there for other reasons but its proximity is top notch. A very safe and friendly neighborhood, perfect to bring your family to. The pool is superb. We paid extra for heating during the winter and were able to swim at night even! The game room is a a fun relaxation spot when you don’t want to leave. My 8 year old forgot about his tablet for the majority of the trip! Win! We slept on the bed to the right of the sliding doors and it was a dream! We even had to peak at the mattress brand to buy one to replace ours at home. Great experience. Great communication. Would definitely love to stay again.
