All bedding sheets & pillows, linens, comforters, bath towels, pool towels, beach towels, chill boxes and beach chairs are provided for the convenience of our guests. If you need to do any laundry, we have a separate in-house Utility Laundry Room of both new separate high capacity top load washing machine and a tumble dryer, together with ironing equipment.
The very spacious 14′ x 30′ pool and large patio area and sun deck are all fully screened, faces south-west for day-long sunshine and backs onto lovely secluded woodland conservation, ensuring complete privacy.. All equipped with sun chairs, loungers, table and chairs.
Fully equipped and recently upgraded Games Room with a pool table with overhead lights, an electronic air hockey table, dartboard, a ‘Foosball’ table, sofa, bar stools & shelving, and all on cushioned flooring. Also stored here are the beach chairs, cool boxes, child high chair.
A full table and six chairs available, and with the kitchen opening out into the dining room, there is further room for others to sit at the breakfast bar.
The living room is furnished with sofas, lamps, overhead fan, a 65” Samsung SMART Cable TV with upgraded Spectrum TV Cable package, and cabinet of board games and books for guest reading.
The large, modern, fully-fitted kitchen has a separate pantry / larder, breakfast bar, with 3 stools, and is fully stocked with new huge Fridge / Freezer; Dishwasher; Oven and Microwave and all the latest amenities.
Bath and shower over the bath, wash basin, WC and hairdryer.
The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds, closet fitted wardrobes, two chest of drawers for extra storage, a bedside cabinet & lamp, fitted closet and new 43″ SMART ROKU TV affixed to the wall.
The third bedroom in the villa has 2 twin-sized beds, closet fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, a bedside cabinet & lamp and new 32” SMART ROKU TV. The room also has an overhead fan.
The second master suite also has a pool side view; King-size bed with new mattress, walk-in closet, bedside tables with lamps; dressing table with clothes drawers, 32″ SMART ROKU TV and an en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower
